no-i live in az (where is was 110 yesterday) so i know to not get burned
best thing for it is aloe vera gel (put it in the fridge before using-the cold feels good)
don't put vinegar,food products,oils,or lotions on it b/c these all trap heat and can make the burn worse. plus the food products can leave you at risk for infection.
