Hard, thick breadboard fell on my foot last night!!!?
i put ice on it straight away because it started to bruise almost immediately. i know it's not broken because i can still move my toes but is there anything i can do help the bruising go faster. i am at work and i've taken my shoe off because the area is very tender!

dont worry about it, this has happened to me lol my toe was bruised but it just grows out it will b tender for a few days but it soon goes down.
