Is there any medication that can be taken to control tics?!

Question:

Is there any medication that can be taken to control tics?

It's really annoying me. I feel like I'm constantly nodding all the time and it's giving me neck ache. I've had it for 20 years but it feels like it's getting worse especially as I'm more concious about it and get paranoid that people are looking at me all the time. It also gives me headaches if coupled with stressful situations, which in my job is 8 hours a day. And it takes ages to get off to sleep at night as it wakes me up everytime I try. It's got worse in the last 2 years but only recently has it affected my sleep

Answers:

There is no medicine that can control tics. Tics is a sign of mineral deficiency specifically magnesium.

If U are the person who takes much coffee, tea, soda, sports and energy drinks, chocolates or alcoholic beverages, U are prone to develop tics, twitches and spasms and cramps.

When U are magnesium deficient, more calcium goes into the muscle tissues making it hyperactive. Calcium is necessary to contract muscles and if there is not enough magnesium to counteract its functions, tics, twitches and similar reactions occur. Magnesium relaxes muscles.

Take 350 mg of magnesium daily together with Vit B6. This will relax ur muscles and the tics will stop. Just don't rush in getting results since supplementation with magnesium is not easy. Avoid the substances mentioned earlier. If not, U won't get improved.
