Do people who power walk have hip problems?!

Question:

Do people who power walk have hip problems?

Answers:

Sometimes.. it's just based on how much force and pressure you're putting on your hips. If it is the only the exercise you do, and you're walking like 6 miles a day at a power walk, you mabe just better off running. You'll probably have hip problems if this is the case, however, you can reduce it by getting ample amounts of calcium to build strong bones. I would think the same joint problems occur for people who type for a living. Any repeated motion is bound to cause injury.
