Best way to quit smoking?

My husband wants to quit smoking.. Whats the best stressfee way ?


Answers:

I've heard that getting a prescription for Chantix works good but I would prefer taking Zyban if I ever tried to quit again. My dad quit cold turkey and it was terrible to watch him go through it. Patches and gum don't work because they just give you more nicotene.
