No...you really should use ibuprofen. It's a muscle relaxer. Tylenol will basically do nothing for the actual cramping. And, if you have some, Midol works wonders. =] If you don't have any of these medicines, a hot bath would work too, but if it's really hot where you live since it is summer, you should just stick to a hot shower.
