Hmmm I've got this weird sternum pain, any thought?

This pain recently came up, and it's been rather on and off. Lately thought, it has stayed with me and is even worse than before. Simple motions can hurt, but laying back in some positions hurts the most. Also, when I sneeze, there's this really sharp pain. I've looked up some stuff, and I think maybe it's Costochondritis, but I'm not sure. By the way, I'm 14, and this is the first time this pain has occured, and no real trauma has occured that may have caused it. Thanks in advance.

See a doctor or a children's physician. You are so young, it is probably not a thing to worry about, but better to be safe. It's probably an infection or inflammation if you haven't hurt yourself. Or maybe you strained something when playing a sport or exercising and it just didn't hurt at the time and started hurting later, so you don't realize how it happened.
I don't want to scare you, but it is not impossible for serious illness (like cancer) to have symptoms of mysterious pains. The young woman I work with had leukemia twice and it started with joint and bone pain. She's still alive and in remission for over five years. If left untreated, it would have been another story. Self-diagnosis can be dangerous.
If you are concerned about cost, call the local Health Dept. If they can't help, they should know if there's a free clinic or a cheaper place to go for medical help. Good luck and I'll say a prayer.
