Dealing with pain?

How do you deal with pain? Does anybody have Chronic pain, and how do they deal with it? I'm 14, and have chronic pain and I was wondering how everybody else deals with pain? Thanks!

My pain is neurological...I have complex regional pain syndrome/reflex sympathetic dystrophy.


Answers:

depends where your pain is at. Alot of times I just learn to deal it but on the bad days I get out my heating pad and sometimes I have to use a cold pack.

Talk with your mom though and have her take you to the Dr you are pretty young to be going through chronic pain. I would say get hooked up with a pain specialist
