How do you relieve trapped gas?!

How do you relieve trapped gas?

i think thats what i have and it hurts really bad. i took some gas x about 3 hours ago and nothing's changed. please help?

Sounds weird, but I used to take babys gas relief drops, since they're much more gentler. I had babies at the time and it worked sooo much better than adult versions. Also, I'd lay on my belly, on a heating pad and kinda, scoot forwards and backwards, while the meds worked thru. Or have someone rub your belly in a counterclockwise motion, or you can do it yourself. lol. if you havn't a heating pad, just microwave a towel. If no microwave, then turn the stove to 400, wait til it heats and turn it off and put a folded towel in for ten minutes or so.
