Feels like something is stuck?
i get this feeling where it feels like something is stuck in one of my veins or something in my back .......usually upper back either left or right side...its painful but more feels like something big is stuck in one of the veins and is trying to move through but it cant .......lots of discomfort and its always in the back area around one shoulder or another.what could this be?

sometimes when i swallow it feels like its stretching but it cant bethroat related because its around the shoulder farther out not in the middle of my back ...just feels liek something big is lodged in there and trying to move.....this comes and goes

It could be that your Muscles are sore and that is why you feel pain.
I have asthma and have similar pain and trouble swallowing sometimes.
You should go to the doctor, it maybe something serious.
