What is Aflac? Insurance? Something you add on to insurance?!


Question:

What is Aflac? Insurance? Something you add on to insurance?

They are offering a meeting at work with an Aflac rep but really gave no information. I currently have no insurance at all. Is this something I would want to look into? Thanks!

Answers:

They offer disability insurance and in some states they have supplemental health insurance. I would suggest that regular health insurance is a priority over disability, so if you don't have health insurance you should get that first. Then you could look into getting Aflac.
