Stomach ache?!

Stomach ache?

i have this dull pain on the left side of my belly button not around my belly button on the right side and in the middle lower of my stomach it doesn't hurt much. it feels a bit itchy and my stomach makes really weird noises at night i don't have vomiting or anything else help it feels a bit sore first was hurting on the lower right side but now it gone about 2 weeks ago

it might be just nothing but it might also be something... i think you should consult a doctor...
