Does pain ever feel good to you?

I've been working out and the results from my excercise has been painful, but has felt good at the same time..

Answers:

Strangely good! I went shooting in the desert with some members from church and my wife and reamed my shoulder pretty good with a WWII Russian rifle. Man, it hurt but felt good! lol!
