It's a pre-employment drug screen...and
I took 2 tbsp of tylenol w/coedine on friday night. I had a really bad tooth pain. It was my sons medication (5y.o) it was left over from when he had his tonsils removed. I only took it that once. I realized oh snap I have a freakin drug test on monday..what did I do!! so im worried.

Yes it will show up in the drug test, and since it wasn't prescribed to you it could cause you some grief. Traces of the codeine can be found for months in your system, and the Tylenol part won't matter because Tylenol is an over the counter drug.
