my feet are raw from going to a water park barefoot on the gravel and uneven (and very painful) cement!! anyone have any sugestions about what i can do to cure this?? i need help fast, and relief quick!
Answers:
You might want to try some ice packs. But makes sure you wrap them in a towel. Also alternate having them on your feet. About 10 minutes on, ten minutes off. That should help numb them a bit and hopefully stop or prevent any swelling.
