How can i prevent myself from sudden change in surrounding temperature in these hot days?
Now a days our region of the world facing a historical heat wave.Day time temperature is even above 50 degree C. I have Air conditioner in my room and also in office.But it makes a problem to go outside immediately from cold room less than 20 degree C to 50 degree C and same when i come after lunch my office i cant adjust my body temperature.Is there any idea to prevent this kind of "Thermal Shock"

use yr ac at a lesser temperature.... say 30-35 degree.. then u wont feel the heat too much..
