Can somebody help me Unclog my ears? REALLY ANNOYING?

Started getting bad about a month ago, really bad 3 weeks ago. Both of my ears seem clogged and everything sounds muffled.It doesn't hurt or anything.I tried pinching my nose and blowing but that didn't help at all, my ears didn't even pop( they always did before). When I listen to music in my car, I hear a raspy noise coming from my left ear everytime the high's hit. It's really annoying .
I went to my Doctor and he looked in my ears and said it wasn't wax.He said I have hearing loss due to loud music from my mp3 player,stereo,etc.He said all I could do is wait it out and stop listening to loud music and that it MIGHT get better, if not, get a hearing aid . I was pretty mad.I'm only 19 and i don't want to wearing a hearing aid this early in my life.I don't even listen to loud music that often anyways. I don't know if it's an ear infection, or my sinuses, or allergies. My nasal passage seems fine.I haven't been sick lately or anything. Sumbudy Help!!

I'm the same way. It sounds like I'm underwater most of the time. Last few weeks, I've woke up with crusty **** in my eyelashes, too. I have to use a warm wash cloth to get it out or my eyes itch all day. Let me know what works.
