Question:

My little bro just said he got shocked from the desktop keyboard, but i cant tell if hes serious or not?

I dont see any marks on him, all he told me was that he got a few drops of water on the comma key and when he touched it he felt this sharp thing on his finger like a tingle burning thing. His fingers are fine and so is he, what should I do?

Answers:

Electricity does not need to leave a mark to damage you, however I doubt your brother got a shock from his keyboard (voltage is too low (usually 12V) and most key boards are too well insulated). He may have had a static discharge however, which is high voltage but very low current so nothing to worry about. Static caused by walking on plastic carpet for example. Just in case, be careful around this particular keyboard until it is dry, and as a rule avoid putting food or drink or any liquid into any keyboard.
