I wake up with really bad stomac pain a nd vomiting?

why am i doing this. it hurts so much some days, i cant do anything but lay on the couch and do nothing

I am not sure why you would have these symptoms. unless you have some medical issue. bets thing to do is see a doctor so the doctor can further examine you to see what is really wrong with you. could be anything from anxiety to something more serious.
