I tend to get nose bleeds at certain times of the year or if i go north of the Tropic of Capricorn. Is this OK

Is my nose an indication of Blood Pressure?

The difference in altitude may have something to do with it like Johnny said but it is more than likely due to the difference in humidity that can be drying out your sinuses causing the nose bleeds. For example I sometimes get nosebleeds after using nose spray or taking bynadril.
