I slipped down on the wet floor and hit my skull.
Back of my head is slightly swollen. I am suffering from a body ache. Do I need to do CT scanning on my head ??

omg everyone always advises er for any injury. are you dizzy? is it bleeding? are you nauseated? did you lose consciousness?
if it's just a general ache that can be expected after cranking your head. get some ice and relax.
