If you had the choice...would you choose to feel pain or not to feel pain?
Physical pain, not emotional pain.

feel it but that only goes so far. if i thought the pain was not going to end for a long time, then no. for example, i wouldn't want to be shot in the liver. that would be very painful and take a long time to die. i also wouldn't want to be in labor for 22 hours. 4 or 5 hours, okay. i also would not want to be tortured with pain. i wouldn't want to deal with the aftermath of being burned because the healing process is slow and extremely painful. so i'm just going to count my blessings and be glad i'm not in pain and deal with the pain as it comes.
