Pinched Nerve?!

Pinched Nerve?
Last night I started having a sharp pain under my right sholder blade. I didn't do anything to it. It hurts more when I move my arm and sometimes hurts when I breath. When I lay flat on my back the pain subsided. I am not sure what it is or how to make it stop. Please any advice would be great. Thanks

I would not think it was a pinched nerve. With a pinched nerve you have numbness and tingling, your symptoms sound more like a pulled or irritated muscle. You could use a heating pad, or take something like Advil to help with the pain. It should get better within a few days
