Shaking hands, migraine, and weakness; What should I do?!

Question: Shaking hands, migraine, and weakness; What should I do?
I'm 15 and my I have this really bad hand tremor. That only goes away when I set my hand on something. I have a migraine on the front and the back of my head and lots of weakness in my arms and legs. It's been like this for about an hour- It's even hard to type this because there's like a pain in my hands.
I take 150mgs of Zoloft everyday... I just want to know what to do... I tried eating and drinking but it's still the same.
