I smacked my elbow pretty hard and my hand will not sweat why??

I have asked just about everyone I have ran into in the health care,body work, energy work industry,know one seems to be able to explain why this has happened....being a massage therapist I need to keep that hand moist ,it is a problem,Anybody have a clue what I can do to fix this problem??? Without going to a very expensive specialist!!!

symapthetic fibres to your hand are taken by the spinal nerve that supplied your hand. the nerves supplying hand are radial nerve, ulner nerve and median nerve and branches. now it depends which nerve is affected? coz different hand areas are supplied by different nerves. what you can do is go for physiotherapy and take vitamin E. that might help
