Blue spots on a bruise?
I fell in gym and brusied my knee. After it stopped hurting, the bruise is still there. But it has blue dots on it does this mean anything,and will it go away?

having blue spots, or even purple ones dont mean anyting bad. your bruise just is a bit more intense than a regular black and blue. it'll take a little more time to heal, but it will go away. bruises are bassicly small blood clots, so try massaging it away slowly, it'll hurt but it'll heal much quicker when you can get blood flowing through it. if you dont wanna touch it, just let it heal on its own. ^_^ hope this helps out.
