Hi everyone, my question is who to contact if you feel that your working conditions are unbearable and dire, we don't have any air conditioning at the moment and the store is like a sauna, a few weeks ago, from the heat of everyone and the machines the system crashed, it drives customers away as well. Apparently its something to do with planning permission but, the stores next to us in the retail park have it and, everything is fine... I really want to do something about this for my colleagues and the company, its rediculous!

Well one girl, a colleague of mine, has been reffered to the hospital has had to have many ECGs and they have put it down to the conditions of where she works, we're an electrical retailer.

Contact health & Safety/environmental health. There are rules & regs governing extremes of temperature.
