What is wrong with my wrist!!! Please help I'm 13 years old and very scared!

Question: What is wrong with my wrist!!! Please help I'm 13 years old and very scared!!!!?
Almost 9 weeks ago I broke the sesamoid bone in my thumb right in half. I broke it on January 18th. I didn't see a doctor until a week later. When I saw my pediatric doctor he took x-rays and said that is was broken. He just sent me home with no splint, brace, or cast! I saw an orthopedic doctor a few days later and got a splint. On February 3rd I got a cast. On February 28th I got my cast off. I had x-rays again that told me it still wasn't healed. I didn't get another cast or anything! They put me in therapy. I went to 4 sessions of therapy then stopped going because I was in so much pain I was crying! I had x-rays again on March 7th and it was still broken. I didn't get anything on it. Well my thumb has been hurting very badly the past few weeks. Here are my symptoms.

Swelling of hand and fingers

Little bruising

Non-stop throbbing of thumb and index finger

Pain on scale 1-10 is about a 6-7 right now. At times it's so bad I can't sleep

Tingling in index finger and thumb

Aching in arm, thumb, and all fingers

Unable to move thumb and index finger

Coldness in thumb

Shooting pain right where I broke my thumb

Hurts to move my wrist in any direction

I have an appointment on April 4th to see if it's healed. I'm 13 years old and can't get to the doctor any earlier. I've been icing my hand whenever I get to it and I've been taking painkillers but they don't do a thing.

1. Could my thumb still be broken?

2. What will the doctors do for it?

Also please don't tell me to go back to therapy back I was crying and almost screaming in pain when I was there. I think my therapist was pushing me way to far way to quickly.

I know I already asked this question but I would like more answers! So not rude answers please! Also if you have already answered this question before please dont answer. Thanks!

Sorry to hear that you're in so much. I'm not a doctor or even a nurse, but it sounds like your thumb is still broken or at least hasn't healed correctly. Surgery to correct it might be in your future. You won't know for sure until your next appointment. If the pain is too unbearable maybe your mom or dad can take you to the ER although since yours is not an urgent case you'd probably be there half the night before being seen by a doctor. Maybe your mom can call the doctor in the morning to see if they can get you in any sooner.

You've posted this about 6 times that i've seen.
