I hurt my back working?

I Hurt my Back at work ,reported it to the employer but the Doc. said to continue working.
The condition got much worse over a 2 year period so I requested to see a specialist.

He said I had 2 slipped disk and said no more working.
Well the statue of limitations ran out on this claim,should I sue the Doc or Burn my X employers House down.

I believe they ditched all the paperwork saying I didn't work for them at that time,payed off their secretaries and my X bookkeeper to have them shut their mouth.
Now I will have to suffer the rest of my life for trying to help someone else get rich.

Is there any JUSTICE..?

Statue of Limitations had expired when the Doctor took me out of Work..

Surely when you filed your taxes it shows that you worked for them and they paid in social security on you. So there's a way to prove you worked for them when it happened. As far as getting any cash out of them I do not know.
