Question: Whats the perfect amount of hours of sleep you should get?
I am 16 and I play football.
I train hard too.

Answers:

8-10 Man especially since your a football player you need to rejuvenate and heal your muscles from being active.



.... studies have shown that ppl who sleep 5-6hrs a night live longer than ppl who sleep 8+ but you are a football player and a teenager soo 8-10 may be just righ for you... you need alot of down time so that your body can heal itself undisturbed.



8 hours of sleep is the minimum.
