with my neck.. could it cause me to have headaches on a regular basis? i hurt my neck when i was younger now as im older my neck gets really stiff and if i turn it to far to one side ill get a sever headache also if i sleep wrong with my neck position wrong ill wake up with a headache.. can someone please tell me why this is happening

please dont tell me to get an m.r.I or go to the doctor i dont have the money.. i just wanna know if its a situation where i have know choice but to see a doctor

its very possible. an orthopedist/chiropractor might be better than a doctor though possibly.
