Varococelectomy recovery questions . . .?

If you can find them online or know from experiance, any help is appreciated.

I just had a left varicocelectomy 4 days ago and everything healing wise seems to be going OK. My pain is slightly decreasing, my swollen testicle appears to be in good shape, the swelling is going down near the incision and im walking quite better each day.

BUT, these past few days i have been unable to hold a full erection and if it even appeared like one, my penis size was CONSIDERABLY smaller. Is there any link between this procedure and losing penis size, or is it the swelling and new blood flow to the testicle throwing it off?

Even when i master a half-erection my penis leaks urine like a bad drain pipe, anyone know anything about that?

If i think of anymore i will add them. I'm only asking for serious help, no jokes or raunchy comments please.

The circulation of the erectile tissues is different than that of the testis. Your erectile function shouldn't be effected by a direct consequence of the surgery.
However, there is local inflammation (the swelling is a result) which could throw off your ability to sustain an erection.
At 4 days, I wouldn't worry. Things should get back to normal within a couple weeks post-op.
