ok ive had a very stressfull week was really upset for a few days and have been sick not ile sick but like real week tired and not in the mood to do anything and left arm isnt fully numb but feels weird like lill numb and left eye has been twitching alot any clue what could be wrong or is it just nerves

Without knowing age, health history and other symptoms such as sleep issues, joint aches etc,it is hard to say for sure what could be troubling you. That being said, it could be a pinched nerve causing you the arm discomfort. Anxiety will definitley cause your eyes to twitch, spasm. If you notice other muscle spasms I would go to see a Doctor. All kinds of things out there that mimic each other and can cause further trouble when trying to detect a health challenge. hope this helps.
