Sometimes it can take me hours to fall asleep.. what are some tips?


Answers:

Lay off the caffeine and don't do anything to get the blood pumping shortly before you hit the sheets. Take a warm shower or bath and if all this fails....have some sex or masturbate. I'm not being sarcastic either. This works.
