What can cause small eye muscle spasms?!

What can cause small eye muscle spasms?

For the last few weeks, I've been having periodic small muscle twitches- I'm not sure if "spasms" is technically right- in my right eye. It's always in the same spot, and has started happening a couple times every day. Is this something that's very serious, or is it possibly stress related or the like?

In case it's somewhat relevant; these twitches don't really hurt, but they're extremely annoying and very bothersome. I've started a new job lately, if it's stress related, but then again it's been happening on and off for around 6 months...

I suffer the same thing. I get it when I feel under pressure and stressed out at work. Apparently it is quite normal.
