Sore shoulder from ultimate?
I was trying to forehand huck yesterday but I must be doing something wrong because everytime I do it I get sharp pain like I threw out my sholder or something. The pain is right where the shoulder meets that arm. Can anyone help?

Foreheading someone isn't probably the best move to do, it causes a hard impact on a fragile part of the body- the neck. My guess is this will help: go to a class and learn legitimate moves that won't end up hurting you more than your opponent. Good luck
