Question:

Whats wrong with me?

For 9 months I skipped lunch when I went to college.But during that time I always ate breakfast and during lunch time I would walk 23 blocks away from my school and back.Then when I got home at 3 or 4 I ate the meal I missed and then I would eat again at 6:30 or 7.But now that school is over I think I'm getting way to thin.I'm eating 3 meals a day and I'm trying to eat more fatty foods but I can't seem to gain weight.I don't remember might weight exactly what it was before when I was I started college but I know I lost a lot of weight. I'm getting scared now.I know that during the months I was in school I started to eat more healthy like fruits and cut back on fatty foods.But is it possible that because I skipped those lunches at 12 and that I didn't eat from the time I had breakfast at 7:30 to 3 that my body is not storing any fat?Remember I skipped the lunches for 9 months. And once a month I might have eaten lunch when i was really hungry.

23 blocks is quite a distance to walk with skipping lunch.
sounds like you walked off all of your fat.

start eating three good meals a day. cut down on the walking.
if you walked 23 blocks to school and 23 blocks back to your home that would keep your weight down.

have a little meat and potatoes. for dinner and snack in between...healty snacks not sugary ones.
