Question:
I sleep very much. how to treat it?
hi
i sleep about 6~7 hours a day and i usually get up without any alarm
my works are these items:
1- studying 4 hours and 2 hours work by computer
2- 2 hours of bodybuilding
my computer work are done after my unusual sleep.
my sleeps are in afternoon and about 1~5 hours.

6-7 hours a day is actually healthy! I suppose if you wanted less you could start setting an alram? If you start to feel groggy during the day try avoiding carbohdrate heavy meals and snacks (breads, pastas, sugars and such.) Make sure your drinking ample amounts of water daily as well!
