I twisted my ankle!!!! HELP?????!!!!!!!!!!?

my dad and i live together and he went on a trip to see his mom and i really didnt want to go so i stayed home. and about 15 minutes ago it was raining and i was out checking the mail and i ran to the house and i steped on the end of staires to the porch and i lost my footing and my foot rolled off the side of the stairs. and i could barely limp up the stairs and it the house. and it is just now swelling up and i proped it up on a box and i have a bag of ice on it and i was going to wrap it in an ace bandage and use my crutches from the time i broke my knee on the same leg! is that a good idea i am only 14 and i use my bike to get around but i cant use my bike to go anywhere now. my dad will be home in 3 days and i tryed calling him but his phone must not be with him because he is not answering the phone what sould i do?? WITHOUT calling the doctor or anything like that??

ice it down. take some ibuprofen (ie-motrin or advil) and wrap it. be careful you don't wrap it so tightly that you cut off blod flow to your foot. you should be fine.
