Painful hug?!

Painful hug?
this may sound lke a really stupid question..but i am being serious. on thursday i was at dance, and my friend ran up to me and like hugged me then was spinning me around. she is really strong and i am really small. it was really painful after, it was right under my ribs, and my like stomach and back are still in pain... it isnt possible for her hug to really hurt me is it? could it just be bruised or something? i also felt a little dizzy and at night ive been getting a really sick, nausious feeling, but i havent thrown up or passed out or anything. and i wouldnt say the pain is severe.. like i can walk and move pretty much..its just a dull pain but it hurts! like i couldnt be internally bleeding right? lol i know its stupid im just scared lol..please dont just tell me im dying or something..i want real answers. thanks!

yes she very well could have hurt you. try and hae a hot shower to ease your sore muscles and if it helps use some ice on your bruises. if you think that you really have a problem, meaning if it hasn't gotten better in a few days then go to the doctor. i highly doubt it is internal bleeding, you would already be in the icu unit in the hospital. feel better!
