It is a darn sham that the "A" biology student cannot spell "appendicitis," "options," or have knowlege of the word "seminal fluid." Finally let's not even discuss inappropriate grammar.
Anyway, appendicitis could be an indication (pain does not necessarily need to be on the right side). This is especially true if it is accompanied by nausea and vomiting. However, there are so many different options ranging from gas, IBS, ovarian cyst to eptopic pregnancy. Medical evaluation by a physician should be sought...espeically if accompanied by any other symptoms such as the n/v, change in bowel or bladder habits or change in menstration.
