I get so tired in the afternoon! Whats a good afternoon "pick-me-up"?

Just some information
I work at a childcare center Monday-Friday. The mornings are just fine. I have a lot of energy and they go by quite quickly. The afternoons on the other hand go by very slowly! I try hard to keep busy but their is not much to do in the afternoon other than play with the children while waiting for their parents to come. During this time I get VERY tired!!

It is saturday today at around 2pm, and I realized that it is not just at work/during the week that I get tired in the afternoon! I am now yawning and feel that I havnt slept in days!! (When I actually sleep very well at night, 8 hours of sleep - i have great sleeping habits).

It seems that around 7pm i get a 'second wind' and i dont feel so tired anymore...but from around 3-7 its a challenge to stay awake!

What can I do to keep myself from feeling this way? I eat a balanced diet (lots of fruits and veggies) I take vitamins, I drink cold water throughout the day, and I sleep great at night.

I really dislike caffine (I probably didnt even spell it right)..

I dont enjoy coffee at all!! and if I drink caffine (Even if its really early in the morning) I can NOT get to bed at night!! Which makes me even more tired the next day.

I'm looking for something more natural...like a specific fruit or vegetable - or a combination of fruits and vegetables that I can perhaps eat on my lunch break that will give me the extra boost of energy.

I'd like to stick to natrual things

I do not drink caffeine either and used to have the same problem. My solution was to start taking multi vitamins. Any old kind doesn't work. Try going to a vitamin store or health store and they should be able to help you pick out a supplement that will help.
