Multiple surgeries. Please read carefully and answer the question not extraneou!

Question:

Multiple surgeries. Please read carefully and answer the question not extraneous advice.?

I work at warehouse and walk for 10 hrs on concrete. There is a lot of lifting pushing and pulling. I have had surgery on my right ankle to tighten two of the ligaments. In about a year I will be having the Kidner procedure done also on my right ankle. I am also having pretty bad heel pain that runs up my calf in the mornings. Through all this I have tried physical therapy, which only helps control the pain, and cortisone shots, which causes almost crippling pain at the site of the injection, rest (3mths after surgery). I will be getting custom orthotics within a week or two but my Dr. has mentioned surgery for my plantar fasciitis. My question is
1)What are the chances that the surgery will actually work as opposed to making it worse given the environment in which I work? The odds of 70-80% chance of success seem high considering my work.
2) How would the 3 surgeries affect each other as they are all on my right foot?

Just to head off any annoying answers.
I am not giving up my job.
I cannot wear heels and if you read everything the reason should be obvious.
I know all about plantar fasciitis so I do not need to be told what the problem is or to talk to the dr as I am already doing that quite often.

Here we go again I WILL NOT CHANGE JOBS. The pain started before I took this job and while it has increased it is not so much more that the dr has even mentioned changing jobs.
I am asking about the surgeries not your advice on how to fix the problem.
Thanks Cat for the concern and honesty.

I am asking on here cause I have had seen very good advice from RN and knowledgable people. I have also asked on other more appropriate sites but they take a lot longer to answer.
I have also been to several drs. so get off my back about asking the question on here as well.

Oh Yeah and I am at the moment extremely against the plantar fascia release for a number of reasons at the moment so don't tell me where my mind is.

gees louise can't you get it through your heads. I have the most amazong job in the world and fear is definately not what is holding me here. I have more fear staying and dealing with the surgery for whole nother reason anyway. But I guess I will just have to give up as non of you but cat seems to have answered my actual question leave of the extraneous(unrelated for any lay person) advice. I get all the extra info from my drs(plural for some of you). and my own research including other questions.

Answers:

Here are two sites that may help you with your answers. I think also that you may get some relief with your orthotics.
