My Bottom Left Quadrant of my Stomach Hurts When I Palpate (push)?

this has been going on for at least two days now. i thought it was constipation, or gas, but i force myself and nothing. now i'm thinking of something different. can someone confirm (appendicitis)? this is for a man mid 20s no known medical history.

Well left lower quadrant would be a pretty atypical place for appendicitis (which is usually in the right lower quadrant). There are a lot of things that can cause abdominal pain, and it may very well be gas pains that you are feeling. If you are talking about very severe pain, you should probably head over to your local emergency room for a more thorough evaluation.
