Has anyone ever experienced this?
Recently, I have been getting headaches. They happen every day, always around late afternoon, early evening. They start out like a dull aching, and then turn into a full blown headache. The pain is always in the same spot, wrapping around the front of my skull, from temple to temple. There is nothing random about these headaches.
I am wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this? What might it be, and what I should do about it???

It did happen to me. I found it was due to stress. Has things changed in your life recently that might be causing undo stress? You may not even realize it is bothering you. Try to do some relaxation exercises and see if that helps.
