For those who reach out to me, thank you! It is so hard for me right now.I hurt so bad.?

I pray God will remove this pain I feel.
What hurts more is that I know everything you guys told is true.
I guess I would have one last cry.
Because I know it is over and I have to move on.

My relationship ended this week and I feel your pain. Your mind will not rest trying to come up with answers, your heart is heavy and you feel hunger pains but want no food.

It will take time and just know that time will slowly mend your pain.

Find activity that can get your mind from thinking. Golf, tennis, swimming. Cards with friends. Any of this will give your mind and heart a break and may allow you to have a night of sleep. Join anything that will get you out of the house.
