What can be done to relieve hand, foot, and leg cramps?!

What can be done to relieve hand, foot, and leg cramps?

My hands, feet, and legs cramp painfully during the day and even more so at night. My Potassium level is fine. My Doctor had prescribed quinine, which they have now stopped dispensing. Does anyone know what I should do?
