Is it ok to work out late at night IF....?

i fell asleep this morning at 6 am, woke up at 4pm today, and im going to work out at 11pm or mid night? and ive been doing that same pattern for the past 2 weeks?


Answers:

It sounds like you are sleeping too much. Other than that as long as yuo keep to the same pattern there shouldn't be a problem. I used to work nights so it takes a while to change sleeping behaviour and such but it is important to keep a regular sleep time. It is only when you change it from day to night on a regular basis that it becomes unhealthy. As for the workout time it is fine it would be the same as working out at about 1 or 2 PM on what is considered a normal day.
