Bump on leg?!

Bump on leg?

ok so about 3 weeks ago maybe even 4 I was playing soccer and i knocked my shin into my friends and I got this big bruise/ bump. It hurt for about a week and then it stopped hurting. But... the bump has STAYED!! I don't know if I perminitly bruised my periostium but I really want to know if this is going to go away. Has anyone had this happen before? If so... has it gone away?

it could just be inflammation, it should go away in a couple days :0)
