Does your doctor consider your health over your insurance companies coverage?
Answers:
I would prefer to have a physician who is upfront and honest. Would you want a physician who orders every new test that he or she have read about only to discover after the bill that your insurance doesn't cover that procedure?
One thing I've discovered over time is that older physicians are less dependant on diagnostic tests. Their experience has taught them how to read patients and symptoms.
